Hi, Ruth. I'm a bit behind in my blog-reading, but glad to read your vertigo has dissipated. I've had bouts of that myself -- you know, where you hold onto the floor/bed you're lying on to make sure it doesn't escape or throw you off -- and it certainly is good when it goes away!
